Chef John CsukorChef John Csukor has accumulated over 27 years of experience in fine dining culinary, product development, marketing and purchasing. Serving in senior positions with private country clubs, non-commercial management companies and major chain restaurants. John feels this cross functional experience has been a vital part in creating a world-class agency that provides value to his business partners.

Chef Csukor maintains a strong passion for all cuisines and through travel, is continually exposed to the depths of what the world has to offer. John received his culinary degree, with honors, from Johnson and Wales University with all continuing education through the CIA St Helena and Hyde Park campuses. A strong desire to balance culinary and science also brings him to his long term membership with the RCA and closeness to Culinology.

Having enjoyed the classroom atmosphere, Chef Csukor has held the position of a collegiate level Culinary Instructor. This experience revealed a true passion for presenting and teaching which has enabled Chef to bring applicable culture, management style and culinary technique to the front lines of associations and operations partners.

John now enjoys extensive industry partnerships through the newly established firm and culinary center; KOR Food Innovation. Now a full design agency, the 12,000 square foot studio boasts a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, fully equipped commercial bar, 3 focus group studios and culinary classroom.

From single unit restaurateurs to food manufacturers, chain restaurants, buying groups and equipment manufacturers KOR Food Innovation refines business goals and strategies. This unique firm enables Chef to lead industry-marketing efforts, as well as bring the marriage of technology and culinary tradition to the objectives of his business partners.
