At KOR Food Innovation, the creative team prides itself in creating visually stunning work that always communicates a cohesive message. We find that amazing design is largely relative to our partner's brand values and intended audience, and that there is no "one size fits all" marketing solution. The KOR team uses cutting-edge industry software and equipment to create graphic solutions that will leave lasting impressions.

Jim Thompson - Art Director
Jim brings a passion for quality design and client satisfaction to an already talented team. He strives to create cohesive visual identities that will not only look good, but deliver a clear and novel message.
Jim is always looking for ways to hone his skills in a variety of disciplines, including print design, web development, copy writing, video production, photography, and animation. He believes strongly that the perspective gained from being fluent in different areas of the creative process is invaluable, and one of the keys to innovation.
Jim is a graduate of James Madison University's School of Media Arts and Design. He was also honored with the Broadcast Education Association's "Best of Festival" award at the 2009 BEA conference in Las Vegas.

Michelle Pinsky - Project Manager / Design
Joining the team with pertinent experience in food and restaurant promotion, Michelle brings with her a fluency in both marketing and design. Her fields of study allow Michelle to ideate with both aesthetics and content in mind.
Her strong personal presence and creative flair are also evident in her marketing ideas. This paired with her strong sense of pride in her work make her an invaluable asset to the KOR team.
Michelle is an honors graduate of Mary Baldwin College with degrees in Marketing Communications and Graphic Design.
